 1 - Select "Options" then "Page Layout" then "Page Image Advanced"
 2 - Select 1 Column and 2 Rows
 3 - Press "Ok"

 4 - Select "Options" then "Misc Setup"
 5 - Under the group topic "Remove blank lines:",
      Check the box named: "In Testimony Pages"
 6 - Press "Ok"

 7 - Select "Options" then "Fonts"
 8 - Select "Courier New" in all font categories
 9 - Press "Ok"
